PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIMING

Orders usually ship out within 72-hours of your purchase, and then will normally arrive within 3-10 working days depending on your location. For a more detailed list of shipping times please see the list below.

Once your print has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you to track its live status with the shipping carrier. We utilize a mix of shipping carriers (Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, DHL Paket, Warenpost) to ensure your orders arrive fast and safely.

PRINTING & SHIPPING LOGISTICS 

All printing and shipping is handled by The Print Space in London. Prints are shipped worldwide from their studios in London, New York City, or Germany depending on your location. For example, if you order a print to be shipped to somewhere in the US it will be produced in their New York City facility. If in the EU, it will ship from their Dusseldorf, Germany facility. 

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING 

Our prints are sustainably packaged and carbon neutral from end-to-end. This is made possible by the amazing efforts of our print studio partner, The Print Space. They have worked incredibly hard to carefully inspect every stage of their printing and shipping process. You can read more about their sustainability measures here.

IMPORT DUTIES

Please note that although it is rare, when shipping to some countries outside the UK, USA, and EU there may be an additional local sales tax or import duty to be paid. You will be responsible for paying these local tax duties on delivery of your package.
